Construction Update on DSR Eden Green - As Of 15th Nov:
- Foundation for 5th block is complete - People who have booked their flats in 5th block will need to pay the 1st instalment by last week of November. Kindly reach out to your respective banks
- Foundation work for 4th block is in full swing and will be closed by the end of this month. People who have booked their flats in 4th block will need to pay the 1st instalment by 2nd week of Dec

The current rate of DSR Eden Greens is Rs. 3790 per sq ft and is expected to appreciate to 4.5k per sqft by mid next year
